Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Buys Back Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 8,144 of its "A" Ordinary Shares, each valued at 40p, on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback forms part of Fuller’s share repurchase programme, originally announced on August 28, 2025. The shares were bought at a consistent price of 618.00 GBp each and will be held in Treasury.
Subsequent to this buyback, Fuller’s has a total issued share capital of 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 4,130,318 shares reserved in Treasury. This results in 32,261,047 voting rights, which is important for shareholder notifications under FCA rules.
