Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC recently executed a share buyback, repurchasing 20,000 "A" Ordinary Shares. The transaction was conducted on 1st December 2025 through Numis Securities Limited as part of a previously announced buyback programme.
The highest price paid per share was 676.00 GBp, while the lowest was 666.00 GBp, achieving an average price of 669.4132 GBp. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.
As a result, Fuller's listed issued share capital now consists of 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 4,240,218 held in Treasury. The total number of listed voting rights is 32,151,147. Shareholders can use this number for reporting changes in interest under the FCA's rules.
This buyback is part of Fuller's strategy to manage its capital structure effectively, adhering to the Market Abuse Regulation.
