Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has completed a purchase of its own "A" Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange. On November 17, 2025, the company acquired 20,000 shares at a consistent price of 640 GBp each. This transaction is part of a buyback program initiated on August 28, 2025.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Consequently, Fuller’s listed issued share capital now comprises 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 4,168,204 of these held in Treasury.
