Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 6,493 of its 'A' ordinary shares, each valued at 40 pence, on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of its ongoing share buyback programme, initially announced on 14 March 2025. The shares were acquired at a consistent price of 630 pence each, through Numis Securities Limited.

The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury, and following this transaction, the company's issued share capital comprises 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares, of which 3,769,795 are in Treasury. Consequently, the total listed voting rights available are 33,052,994.

This adjustment in shareholding allows shareholders to reassess their required notifications under FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
