Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the purchase of 8,821 'A' ordinary shares at prices between 504.00 GBp and 506.00 GBp. This transaction forms part of its previously announced share buyback programme initiated on 14 March 2025.
The shares, priced at an average of 505.7973 GBp each, were acquired through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will be held in Treasury, subsequently impacting the company's listed share capital and voting rights.
After this purchase, Fuller’s has a total of 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares issued, with 3,419,611 held in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights stands at 33,403,178.
This adjustment could affect shareholder notifications under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
