Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC recently acquired a total of 15,000 "A" Ordinary Shares, each priced at 40p, on the London Stock Exchange via Deutsche Numis. This purchase is part of the company's ongoing share buyback programme, initially announced on 21 January 2026. The highest price paid per share was 680.00 GBp, and the lowest was 678.00 GBp, with an average cost of 679.7407 GBp.
These shares will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s capital now comprises 36,446,686 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 5,028,233 shares retained in Treasury, leaving 31,418,453 voting rights in circulation for compliance with the FCA's rules.
