Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced a repurchase of 2,011 of its "A" Ordinary Shares, each valued at 40p, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. This transaction was facilitated through Deutsche Numis on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired on December 23, 2025, at a consistent price of 716 GBp per share.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Post-purchase, Fuller's issued share capital consists of 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, of which 4,424,530 are held in Treasury. This transaction affects the total number of listed voting rights, now tallying 31,966,835. Investment firm Numis Securities Limited managed the transaction with a volume-weighted average price fixed at 716.0000 pence per share.
