Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the acquisition of 2,274 "A" Ordinary Shares at 40p each. The transaction took place on 30 July 2025 on the London Stock Exchange via Numis Securities Limited. Each share was bought at a consistent price of 600 pence. This purchase is part of a share buyback programme initiated on 14 March 2025.

The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Fuller’s now holds a total of 3,360,519 "A" Ordinary Shares in Treasury out of its 36,222,789 issued shares. Consequently, the total number of voting rights stands at 32,862,270. This figure is essential for shareholders to determine changes in their interest according to the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
