Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Execution
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a share buyback transaction involving 15,000 "A" Ordinary Shares at 40p each. Managed through Deutsche Bank AG's London branch, trading as Deutsche Numis, the shares were acquired as part of the company's programme announced earlier this year.
The shares were purchased at a consistent price of 654 pence per share. This transaction follows the company's strategy to repurchase its own equity, retaining them in Treasury.
Post-transaction, Fuller's issued share capital consists of 36,446,686 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 5,193,708 of these held in Treasury. Therefore, 31,252,978 shares remain with voting rights, relevant for shareholder notifications under FCA rules.
