Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the repurchase of 6,418 "A" Ordinary Shares at a consistent price of 718 pence per share. This transaction is part of the share buyback programme initiated on 21 January 2026.
The company intends to hold these repurchased shares in Treasury. Post-purchase, Fuller’s issued share capital includes a total of 36,446,686 “A” Ordinary Shares, of which 4,599,497 are held in Treasury. This leaves 31,847,189 shares available for voting rights for shareholders as per the FCA's rules.
The purchase was executed through Deutsche Numis on the London Stock Exchange. The transactions were structured in individual blocks, marking a strategic move in Fuller’s capital management strategy.
