Fuller's Announces New Directorship for Jane Bednall

Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C., known as Fuller’s, has announced a new appointment in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2). Jane Bednall, currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Fuller’s, will join CVS Group plc as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Her new role will commence on 1 April 2026.
