Fuller's Share Buyback: Recent Transactions
On July 23, 2025, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, commonly known as Fuller's, announced the acquisition of its own "A" Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange. These purchases are part of a share buyback program initiated on March 14, 2025, through Numis Securities Limited.
The total number of shares purchased amounted to 2,694 at a volume-weighted average price of 589.5917 GBp per share. The company paid between 586.00 GBp and 590.00 GBp per share during these transactions, and the shares are to be held in Treasury.
After these transactions, Fuller's issued share capital comprises 36,822,789 shares, with 3,954,165 shares held in Treasury. Consequently, 32,868,624 shares carry voting rights and are central to shareholder transparency and disclosure requirements.
