Fuller's Share Buyback Update

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has confirmed the acquisition of 2,260 "A" Ordinary Shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is a component of the share buyback programme disclosed on 14 March 2025, executed through Numis Securities Limited.

The shares were purchased at a consistent price of 548.00 GBp per share. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. After this acquisition, Fuller’s share capital includes 36,222,789 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 3,505,681 shares now held in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights amounts to 32,717,108. Shareholders should use this figure for any disclosures under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
