Fundamenta Group successfully completes its 9th advance bond issue

Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation successfully completed its ninth bond issue ahead of schedule, raising a total of CHF 203.07 million. The transaction, which ran from August 17 to 31, 2026, saw the participation of 185 pension funds. This success reflects investors' confidence in the foundation's strategy.

Ricardo Ferreira, director of the foundation, stated that this investment supports a responsible, long-term approach. The funds will enable acquisitions and the achievement of the sustainable development goals set for the period 2026-2030. This new flexibility is crucial for maintaining real estate development in Switzerland.
