Funding Circle Completes Share Buy-Back Transaction
Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the completion of a share buy-back transaction, purchasing 63,339 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. The buy-back was part of a program initially announced on May 15, 2025.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 113.80p to 120.20p, with a volume-weighted average price of 117.8136p. Post-transaction, Funding Circle holds 1,338,921 ordinary shares in treasury and has a total of 303,402,655 shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
