Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange
Funding Circle Holdings plc has successfully executed a buyback of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange, conducted from April 20th to April 24th, 2026. The company, in a move to consolidate its shareholding, purchased ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc as part of its previously announced buyback program on May 15, 2025.
The volume-weighted average prices per share during the buyback ranged from 152.0975p to 157.9208p. The highest individual purchase price for a share was 159.2000p, while the lowest reached 149.2000p.
Post-buyback, Funding Circle holds 6,266,728 shares in treasury, with an outstanding 298,474,848 ordinary shares representing the total voting rights. The buyback aligns with EU Regulation (596/2014) under the Market Abuse Regulation framework.
