Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback Programme
On 10 March 2026, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase of 59,480 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. This operation forms part of its ongoing buyback programme initially unveiled on 15 May 2025. The highest price paid per share was 148.40p, with the lowest at 146.00p and a volume-weighted average price of 147.5396p.
The purchased shares will be held in treasury. Consequently, the company now retains 4,714,614 ordinary shares in treasury, with a total of 300,026,962 shares in issue excluding these treasury shares. This figure represents the company's total voting rights.
