Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback
On October 14, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced it purchased 109,385 of its own Ordinary Shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of a buy-back program initiated on May 15, 2025.
The highest price paid per share was 129.40 pence, while the lowest was 120.60 pence. The volume-weighted average price came to 124.0414 pence per share.
Following the cancellation of these shares, Funding Circle's total share capital now stands at 304,741,576 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The company holds no shares in Treasury.
