Future Fuels Acquires Mountain Lake Property from IsoEnergy

Future Fuels Inc. has finalized the acquisition of the Mountain Lake Project from IsoEnergy Ltd., located in the Hornby Bay Basin, Nunavut. This transaction involved 12,500,000 common shares of Future Fuels issued to IsoEnergy, with an additional 2,500,000 shares planned for future issuance, ensuring IsoEnergy does not exceed 19.9% ownership. The acquisition enhances Future Fuels' holdings in the basin to over 342,064 hectares.

IsoEnergy received a 2% net smelter returns royalty on Mountain Lake production, with an option for Future Fuels to repurchase 1% for $1,000,000. There's also a 1% royalty on Future Fuels' other Nunavut properties. Both parties are bound by an investor rights agreement enabling IsoEnergy to nominate a director to Future Fuels' board, maintaining its ownership share in future financings.
