Galantas Gold Corporation Announces Board Changes
Galantas Gold Corporation, listed on TSXV and AIM markets, has announced the immediate resignation of Ms. Róisín Magee from her position as Chair of the Board of Directors. Magee has chosen to transition to a senior position in private equity. Mr. David Cather, already a Director within the company, has been appointed as Interim Chair. Consequently, the board now comprises five directors.
Mario Stifano, Galantas' President and CEO, expressed gratitude for Magee's contributions and extended his best wishes for her future pursuits. This leadership change comes as the company continues to advance its Indiana Project and Andacollo Gold Project in Chile, focusing on gold and copper assets.
