Galway Metals Appoints New VP of Exploration and Adds Drill Rig

Galway Metals Inc. has announced the hiring of Jason Flight as Vice President of Exploration, commencing on March 18, 2026. Flight brings over 15 years of experience in exploration and resource development, having worked with several major mining companies. He aims to advance Galway's exploration efforts and support the mineral resource update at Clarence Stream.

Alongside this appointment, Galway is set to integrate a fourth drill rig dedicated to new discoveries at Clarence Stream, a leading project in New Brunswick known for its promising gold deposits. Flight's role will be pivotal in steering Galway's initiatives, with a focus on expanding and de-risking existing deposits.

To incentivize Mr. Flight, Galway Metals has issued 250,000 stock options, exercisable at C$0.70 per share, expiring in March 2031. This stock option grant aligns with the company's incentive plans and awaits regulatory acceptance.
