Galway Metals Engages Red Cloud for Financial Services
Galway Metals Inc. has announced an agreement with Red Cloud Financial Services to provide financial advisory and promotional services. The Toronto-based firm specializes in assisting mining and exploration companies with capital market access and enhancing their corporate profile. The agreement includes a monthly fee of C$10,000 starting March 13, 2026, with an initial six-month term, renewing automatically month-to-month unless terminated by either party.
Red Cloud will offer services such as media support, social media management, and content creation for its RCTV platform. Importantly, no performance obligations are set, and Red Cloud will not receive equity in Galway Metals. Both parties operate independently, with Red Cloud currently holding no interest in Galway Metals' securities.
The agreement awaits approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
