Suspension of trading of Gaumont shares on Euronext Paris

On October 14, 2025, Gaumont announced the suspension of trading of its shares on Euronext Paris. This decision was the result of a request from minority shareholders, accepted by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on October 10, 2025. These shareholders are requesting a public buyout offer by Ciné Par and the Seydoux family, in accordance with Article 236-1 of the AMF General Regulation.

Gaumont, along with Ciné Par and the Seydoux family, have taken note of this decision. They are considering a possible legal appeal against the AMF's decision. As a result, Gaumont's CEO has requested that trading in its shares be suspended until further notice.
