GEA: Announcement of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting

GEA will hold its Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2025, in Meylan, at 11:30 a.m. The agenda includes reviewing the financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024. The reports of the Statutory Auditors, the Supervisory Board, and the Management Board will be discussed. The capital reduction and the share buyback program are also on the agenda.

Shareholders must register by March 27 to attend the Meeting or participate by proxy. Mail-in voting forms must be received by March 28. Written questions can be submitted by mail or electronically by March 27. Documents are available on GEA's website.
