GECI International Strengthens Its Board of Directors
GECI International announces the appointment of Laurent Schneider-Maunoury as an independent director. This decision, made on October 9, 2026, is effective immediately. Schneider-Maunoury succeeds Jean-Noël Hardy, who recently passed away, for the remainder of his term until the 2028 Annual General Meeting.
A graduate of École Polytechnique, Schneider-Maunoury holds an MBA and over 30 years of experience in industry and advanced technologies. He has held key positions at PSA, Safran, and most recently at CWS and Revima Group. His expertise will strengthen GECI International's development ambitions.
Serge Bitboul, CEO of the group, expressed his satisfaction with this appointment and paid tribute to Hardy for his commitment over the years.
