Results of the GECI International Combined General Meeting

The Combined General Meeting of GECI International was held on October 15, 2026, in Boulogne-Billancourt. Fifteen shareholders, representing 33.24% of the share capital and 39.72% of the voting rights, participated in person, by proxy, or by mail. All items on the agenda were unanimously approved.
