Stable rental and financial performance for Gecina in Q3 2026

Gecina saw an acceleration in leasing activity in the third quarter of 2026, with 140,000 sq m renewed or re-let, including 92,000 sq m in the third quarter alone. Clients favored central locations, maintaining a high occupancy rate of 94.0%. Rental income grew by 1.7% on a like-for-like basis. Two long-term leases were signed in Paris La Défense, securing future rental income.

Regarding the residential portfolio, 1,050 leases were signed. The company financed €302 million worth of renovations for 2026 through its asset sales. In terms of sustainability, Gecina achieved first place in the GRESB ranking. These results strengthen Gecina's position in the Parisian real estate market, with its 2026 guidance confirmed, expecting a share price between €6.70 and €6.75.
