State of Gecina's voting rights in May 2026
On May 31, 2026, Gecina recorded a total of 76,792,337 shares, with a similar number of theoretical voting rights. However, only 74,064,200 voting rights were exercisable. Compared to April 2026, the number of shares remains constant, but there is a slight decrease in exercisable voting rights, from 74,119,200 to 74,064,200.
These figures are published in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Gecina's upcoming announcements include its first-half 2026 results, scheduled for July 22, 2026, and an update on its activity as of September 30, 2026, scheduled for October 14, 2026.
