Genel Energy Annual General Meeting Results

Genel Energy PLC held its Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2025. Shareholders passed all resolutions through a poll. The meeting had 279,402,863 ordinary shares eligible for voting. The first resolution, receiving the audited financial statements for 2024, saw 90.14% in favor and 9.86% against. The Annual Report on Remuneration was approved with 67.07% support.

Key re-elections included Mr. David McManus and Mr. Paul Weir as directors, both receiving over 77% approval. Resolutions 2 to 8, 10, 11, and 12 faced significant opposition but passed.
