Governance Changes at Ramsay Générale de Santé
On October 19, 2026, Ramsay Générale de Santé announced significant changes to its governance. Ramsay Health Care Limited (RHC) plans to distribute its 52.79% stake in Ramsay Santé to its shareholders. This distribution, planned for December 9, 2026, is subject to approval by the RHC shareholders' meeting on November 24, 2026.
As part of this restructuring, several directors, including Ms. Natalie Davis and Mr. Steven Sargent, will resign. Mr. Frédéric Collet has been proposed as the new independent Chairman. The Annual General Meeting on December 4, 2026, will be an opportunity to ratify new appointments to the Board, including Mr. Pascal Roché and Ms. Alexandra Boleslawski.
