GENFIT prepares its Combined General Meeting in June 2025
On May 7, 2025, the biopharmaceutical company GENFIT announced the convening of its Combined General Meeting, scheduled for June 17, 2025, in Lille. The preparatory documents are available for consultation on the company's website, in accordance with regulations. The meeting will also be broadcast live online.
GENFIT now allows its shareholders to submit their voting instructions via the VOTACCESS platform. A tutorial is available on the company's website to facilitate the use of this tool. Through these initiatives, GENFIT aims to encourage active participation from its shareholders.
