Gérard Perrier Industrie acquires AQLE, Somalec and Somalec Supply
Gérard Perrier Industrie (GPI), a specialist in industrial automation, announces the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Audit Qualité Laboratoire Électronique (AQLE), Somalec, and Somalec Supply. Financed by two bank loans totaling €11 million, this strategic investment follows exclusive negotiations initiated in November 2025.
AQLE, a French electronics company, generated €11.5 million in revenue in 2024. Somalec and Somalec Supply, based in Tunisia, together achieved approximately €932,000 in the same year. This acquisition strengthens GPI's capabilities in the aerospace and defense sectors and promises synergies with the AECE group.
GPI states that this acquisition aligns with its development strategy in cutting-edge industrial sectors in France.
