The Payments Group Holding (PGH), based in Frankfurt, secured a significant legal win against SGT Beteiligungsberatung GmbH (SGTBB), associated with the SGT Capital LLC Group. The Landgericht Frankfurt am Main judged in favor of PGH, mandating SGTBB to pay a financial claim of 200,000 EUR plus interest and costs. PGH, founded in 2012 and renamed in 2024, considers this a crucial victory amid numerous ongoing legal disputes with SGT Group.
The court acknowledged PGH's claims against counterclaims from the opposing party as irrelevant or inadmissible. PGH asserted further financial claims totaling 7.2 million EUR against SGT Group, part of which they deem due. The verdict strengthens PGH's position in pursuing these claims in court.
