Uwe Röhrhoff Appointed Interim CEO of Gerresheimer AG

Gerresheimer AG announces the appointment of Uwe Röhrhoff as interim CEO, effective November 1, 2025. This follows the mutual agreement for Dietmar Siemssen to step down from the role on October 31, 2025. Röhrhoff, a seasoned executive with 26 years at Gerresheimer, previously led the company from 2010 to 2017. Recently serving as a consultant and holding supervisory roles elsewhere, Röhrhoff brings extensive industry insight to the position.

This leadership change comes amid a broader reformation of Gerresheimer's Management Board, with the recent appointment of Wolf Lehmann as CFO and Achim Schalk joining the board. The Supervisory Board expresses gratitude to Siemssen for transitioning the company into a supplier of sophisticated solutions in pharma and biotech.
