GESCO SE's Doerrenberg Unveils New Independent Brand CASTEON

GESCO SE has announced the spin-off of its subsidiary Doerrenberg's Casting Products division into a new independent company named CASTEON. This strategic move aims to enhance brand focus and support international growth. CASTEON will focus on delivering technological excellence and advanced system solutions in cast and forged components.

The brand name combines "Cast" and "Eon," symbolizing durable and precise solutions. CASTEON will develop components across various industries, handling procurement to assembly, and aligning with GESCO's global customer needs more effectively. This reorganization will enable Doerrenberg to concentrate on its core business.

Despite the restructuring, existing customer relationships will remain unaffected, ensuring continuity in services. CASTEON will officially operate as an independent entity within the Materials Refinement & Distribution segment starting January 1, 2026, while still being a direct investment of Doerrenberg Group.
