Getlink launches €600 million green bond issue
Getlink SE announced the launch of a new senior secured green bond issue. The €600 million issue, maturing in 2030, aims to repay the existing €850 million bonds maturing in October 2025.
The repayment of these bonds is dependent on the successful issuance of the new bonds under satisfactory conditions. These instruments will be used to finance or refinance green projects in accordance with Getlink's Green Finance Framework.
Pricing for this new issue is expected to take place in the coming days, following a marketing period. The bonds will be eligible for listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. This approach is in line with the company's environmental commitments.
