Getlink SE Launches €600 Million Green Notes for 2030
Getlink SE announced the issuance of €600 million in senior secured green notes, maturing in 2030. The funds will primarily be used to redeem its existing €850 million notes maturing in October 2025. The proceeds from these "New Notes," along with available cash, aim to cover the redemption and related expenses.
The new issuance aligns with Getlink's environmental commitments as outlined in its Green Finance Framework. The notes are expected to finance or refinance green projects. The pricing will be finalized after investor marketing, subject to market conditions. Additionally, Getlink plans to list the notes on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
