Gold by Gold announces a video conference for its capital increase
Gold by Gold, a listed French company, will hold a videoconference for its shareholders and investors on May 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM. This meeting is part of a €1.3 million capital increase. The objective is to acquire physical gold reserves. Patrick Schein, the company's CEO, will present the existing activities and the new "Gold Reserves" division. Participants will be able to submit questions in advance by email.
The capital increase, without a prospectus submitted to the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority), will run until June 5, 2026. It aims to strengthen Gold by Gold's assets by creating a responsible gold reserve. The company is a pioneer among listed companies eligible for the French PEA and PEA PME-ETI savings plans for this type of investment.
