Gold Mountain Mining Corp. (TSX:GMTN) has provided an update following the management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on July 2, 2025. The order relates to delays in filing its annual financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2025. Initially due by June 30, the Required Filings are expected by July 30, as the company collaborates with its auditor.
The update adheres to National Policy 12-203, which mandates bi-weekly status reports during default. To date, no significant changes have occurred since the original default notice on July 2. Gold Mountain confirms that any material developments will be disclosed promptly.
