Gold Terra Resource Corp has filed a technical report on its Yellowknife Project, adhering to National Instrument 43-101 standards. The report, prepared by SLR Consulting, covers the Yellorex, Zone 103N, and Crestaurum deposits. These deposits form part of the Yellowknife Project, which is entirely owned by Gold Terra, except for the Con Mine Option under agreement with Newmont.
The project aims to re-establish Yellowknife as a major gold mining district. The company's AGM saw the re-election of directors and approval of its stock option plan. Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP was reappointed as the company's auditor. The board aims to effectively utilize their less than 25% stock option plan to attract talent.
