Golden Harp Shareholders Approve Major Acquisition
Golden Harp Resources Inc., a Canadian mineral exploration firm, announced that its shareholders overwhelmingly approved an amended mining claims acquisition agreement. At the annual meeting, disinterested shareholders, excluding Timothy A. Young and affiliates, unanimously voted in favor of the resolution.
Vice President Ian Campbell highlighted that this approval enables Golden Harp to consolidate a district-scale land package at Copper Hill. The consolidation removes joint venture constraints, enhancing exploration capabilities in the gold-enriched area.
All other management resolutions, including the re-appointment of auditors, were also approved. The agreement's completion awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
