Half-yearly report on the Graines Voltz liquidity contract
On December 31, 2024, Graines Voltz published its half-yearly balance sheet for the liquidity contract entered into with the Gilbert Dupont Stock Exchange Company. As of that date, the liquidity account showed 2,208 shares and a balance of 208,087.14 euros in cash.
During the second half of 2024, no transactions, neither purchases nor sales, were carried out. The liquidity contract is currently suspended. When this contract was set up, the initial cash balance was EUR 500,000, without shares.
This half-yearly report shows the total absence of trading activities during this period, highlighting the continued suspension of the contract.
