Voltz Seeds: Restructuring of Nursery Activities

Graines Voltz is undertaking a reorganization of its nursery operations, managed by ABJP André Briant Jeunes Plants and LAP Laboratoire Angevin des Plantes. This project addresses current economic challenges and aims to maintain competitiveness in the sector. Commercial activities will continue until the 2026-2027 season, before a reduction in production volumes for 2027-2028. This restructuring will involve an industrial reorganization, with a possible consolidation of activities.

A job protection plan is being developed to limit job losses, exploring various redeployment and training options. Discussions with employee representatives are ongoing. The social and financial impacts of the project remain to be assessed, and Voltz is committed to communicating major developments in accordance with its obligations.
