Grammer AG Reports First Half 2026 Financial Results

Grammer AG's first half of 2026 saw a modest revenue rise to EUR 961.4 million, a 0.8% increase from the previous year. The growth was driven largely by the APAC region. The strong second quarter significantly contributed, with revenue reaching EUR 499.4 million. Operating EBIT rose by 17.1%, achieving EUR 41.7 million, while the EBIT margin improved to 4.3%.

Despite a decline in the AMERICAS region, the Commercial Vehicles sector saw growth. Long-term financing was secured post-reporting period, reinforcing the company’s financial stability. Grammer maintains its outlook for 2026, expecting revenue to match the previous year’s level of around EUR 1.9 billion and projecting operating EBIT of approximately EUR 80 million.
