Greenlane Elects New Board Members, Welcomes Bruce Linton

Greenlane Holdings, Inc., based in Boca Raton, Florida, has announced the results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The meeting, initially convened on December 1, 2025, and reconvened on December 9, saw the election of all nominated directors.
