Aéroports de Paris SA: Shares and Voting Rights as of 31 December 2025

On January 9, 2026, Aéroports de Paris SA released a statement correcting a previous error in their reported number of voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2025. Initially, the net number of voting rights was incorrectly stated as 166,061,384 due to an oversight related to changes in the employee shareholder plan.

According to the corrected data, the total number of shares was 98,960,602 with total gross voting rights at 166,288,258. The total number of net voting rights, which factors out shares without voting rights, was correctly reported as 166,270,257.
