Exail Technologies reports strong growth in the second quarter of 2026

Exail Technologies recorded 17% organic revenue growth in the second quarter of 2026. Compared to an exceptional quarter in 2025, marked by a 52% increase, this represents significant progress. In the first half of 2026, organic growth reached 27%.

Orders for the same period totaled €116 million, although slightly lower than the 2025 target due to variations in the maritime robotics program timelines. Navigation systems and photonic components were key drivers, with respective increases of 40% and 47%.

A major event was the agreement signed between Gorgé SA and Thales. Thales plans to acquire the Gorgé family's stake in Exail Technologies, a prelude to a public tender offer for all of the company's shares.
