Exail Technologies: strong growth and improved profitability in 2024
Exail Technologies experienced remarkable growth in 2024, delivering solid performance across the board. The group recorded a 39% increase in order intake, reaching €451 million, primarily driven by the defense sector. Revenue also grew by 16%, reaching €373 million.
Recurring EBITDA increased by 13% to €74 million, with a margin improving by 2 percentage points to 21% in the second half. Cash flow generation reached €91 million, enabling significant debt reduction. The adjusted net debt-to-EBITDA ratio fell below 2x.
For 2025, Exail Technologies expects continued double-digit revenue growth and EBITDA growth to outpace revenue growth, driven by a strong order book and a favorable outlook in the defense sector.
