OKWIND Group Sells Purecontrol and Strengthens its Core Business
OKWIND Group has announced the complete sale of its stake in Purecontrol, as part of its refocusing strategy. Specializing in energy generation and management systems for self-consumption, the group is now concentrating on its energy autonomy solutions for professionals.
Following a successful €3.85 million capital increase in 2026, OKWIND is continuing its efforts to strengthen its financial structure. The group is launching MEA Stock 209, a high-capacity storage solution, at SPACE 2026 in Rennes, demonstrating its commitment to renewing its product offerings.
This approach is part of a comprehensive plan to develop solutions combining solar production, storage and intelligent control, in order to optimally meet the needs of its customers.
