SFPI Group: Total number of voting rights and shares as of January 27, 2026

The SFPI Group has published key information regarding its share capital, in accordance with legal requirements. As of January 27, 2026, the total number of SFPI Group shares was 94,352,007. In terms of voting rights, the Group has 154,489,269 theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 152,342,695.
